You can take a print out of the mail, which will be needed at the time of BIB Collection. You can also show us your confirmation received in your mail box on your phone with a Photo Id.[/foundry_toggles_content][foundry_toggles_content title=”Can I join multiple race categories? “]No.[/foundry_toggles_content][foundry_toggles_content title=”When can I collect my Timing Chip and Running BIB?”]On Saturday 04 November 2017 from Nagpur University Ground (map) between 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.[/foundry_toggles_content][foundry_toggles_content title=”What is the last date of Registration of the event?”]Registrations will close on 31st October, 2017.[/foundry_toggles_content][foundry_toggles_content title=”Will there be a baggage counter? “]Yes, there will be one. But, we would request you not keep any expensive item in your baggage. We will not be liable for any loss.[/foundry_toggles_content][foundry_toggles_content title=”Do you provide water during the run? “]Yes, we will provide you water and refreshment during the run.[/foundry_toggles_content][foundry_toggles_content title=”How long will the traffic be regulated? “]The traffic will be regulated till 10 a.m.[/foundry_toggles_content][foundry_toggles_content title=”What do I get when I come to collect my running BIB?”]You will get a running BIB, a Timing Chip and a goodie bag.[/foundry_toggles_content][foundry_toggles_content title=”Will I get parking near the Holding area?”]Parking will be available on first come, first serve basis. There will be ample two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking near the Vicinity. Our Volunteers will be there to assist you.[/foundry_toggles_content][foundry_toggles_content title=”Is there any refund available if I decide not to run? “]No, there is no refund available for anyone, after registration. In case there is a change in event date and location due to political issues, permission issues or any other reason outside the control of the Organisers, the Organisers will hold the event at the next available date and location.
